Due to COVID-19 facility restrictions, we are offering Water Fitness beginning June 8th, 2020:

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8 am
  • Tuesday/Thursday at 9 am

8 participant maximum, reserve your spot by giving us a call at (423)745-4904.

  • Aqua'bata: In this class, you will use timed intervals of aquatic exercises using water buoys for resistance. Students looking for more difficult workouts can modify workouts in deep water. 
  • Aquacise: A fun class designed specifically for senior citizens to improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and strength. Non-swimmers are welcome.
