FEBRUARY FIT CHALLENGE: ACTIVE HEART MONTH
This free challenge will take place in your YMCA360 app.
When: February 8-28
Where: In your YMCA360 app
How: Track your daily workouts at the YMCA or from home!
What:
- Complete a minimum of 20 hours and you'll earn some YMCA swag!
- Complete 40 hours and you'll have a chance to win a free month of membership.
- Complete 50 hours and you'll have a chance to win a free month of membership, two free months of membership, or two personal training sessions!
Let’s take the time to get active and stay active during Heart Month!
This 20-day challenge is for us to stay moving with purpose will result in prizes and fun! Take part in some of your favorite physical activities like strength training, yoga, HIIT, a cycling class, or your favorite sports activity with your family and friends. Take at least 45 minutes a day to be active and improve your physical wellness and your heart health! Be sure to track the activity in the Activity section of the app, under Workouts. Click the plus sign in the top right corner to add the Workout to track the exercise.
