Our aquatics program offers a variety of classes for all ages and opportunities for open swim for our members. Take a look at our classes below to find one that best fits your needs!

Classes  $5 per Non Member

Use the resistance and buoyancy properties of water in a challenging workout to burn fat and increase muscle tone and strength with less impact on the joints.

A fun class designed specifically for senior citizens to improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and strength. Non-swimmers are welcome. 





The competitive league practices M-Fs at the YMCA. Schedules will vary depending on ages. Swimmers, ages 3-18, are encouraged to join the team to become a more proficient swimmer in the areas of technique, skill, and speed. Meets take place in nearby cities. mommyandmeOur YMCA swim program is designed to meet the needs of each child whether they are just learning to swim or they are learning advanced water skills. Participants must register in advance at the front desk. These classes will be offered with a minimum of three participants.

SWIM SCHOOL (ages 8 - 14): The school offers instruction on competitive swimming techniques as well as the four strokes of the sport. Sessions are for experienced swimmers, ages 8-14 years old. Swimmers can attend 1 or 2 days per week for the month. Mondays at 5:15 pm and/or Wednesdays at 4:15 pm.  This class will take a hiatus from June and until the first of August. 

PARENT-TOT (ages 6 months to 3 years): The parent and child participate in this 30-minute water adjustment class. Help your baby develop a positive attitude toward the water and prepare him or her for instruction in later years. This class will take a hiatus until TBD.

BEGINNER GROUP LESSONS (ages 3 to 14): Youth learn personal growth and water safety, stroke development, rescue, diving fundamentals, and water games. The class meets for 40 minutes in 8 total classes for one month. Offered 5:30-6:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Spots are limited! Must pre-register. Member: $30, Nonmember: $55.
